Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use and Disclaimer for the KJ Hub cross-border AI agent platform.
1 · Terms of Service
Welcome to KJ Hub (the “Service”), an international platform for cross-border AI agents, generative media production and on-demand AI compute. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1.1 The Service
The Service provides hosted AI agent workflows, image and video generation, document and data tooling, and remote access to GPU compute. Features may be added, changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time.
1.2 Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to hold an account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
1.3 Fees and compute
Certain capabilities consume paid compute or tokens. Prices, quotas and availability are published in the Service and may change with notice. Charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.
1.4 Availability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Scheduled maintenance, upstream model-provider outages, network conditions and force-majeure events may interrupt availability.
1.5 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
2 · Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect the minimum necessary to operate the Service.
What we collect
Account details (email / login identifier, hashed credentials), content you submit for processing, usage and diagnostic logs, and device/network metadata such as IP address and user agent.
Why we collect it
To operate and secure the Service, process your requests, provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Cookies & storage
Essential cookies and browser storage are used for session management, language preference and interface state. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account data.
2.1 Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure and model providers necessary to deliver the Service, under confidentiality obligations, or where legally required. Cross-border processing may occur because the Service is operated internationally.
2.2 Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR-style and comparable regimes), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and may object to certain processing. Contact us using the details below.
2.3 Security
We apply encryption in transit, access controls, rate limiting, monitoring and periodic review. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for protecting your own credentials.
2.4 Children
The Service is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone below the minimum age permitted in their jurisdiction.
3 · Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others;
generate, host or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or otherwise harmful;
impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent affiliation;
upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, probe, scan or overload our systems or those of third parties;
scrape, crawl or bulk-extract content by automated means without prior written consent;
resell, sublicense or white-label the Service without a written agreement;
evade usage limits, quotas, authentication or billing controls.
Automated abuse may result in immediate suspension and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities. We operate technical anti-crawling and intrusion-prevention controls; by using the Service you consent to them.
4 · AI-Generated Content & Intellectual Property
4.1 Your content
You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and, to the extent permitted by law, of the outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs and outputs solely to operate and improve the Service.
4.2 AI limitations
Outputs are produced by statistical models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or similar to outputs generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.
4.3 Third-party marks
Model names, trademarks and logos referenced in the Service belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. No endorsement is implied.
4.4 Platform IP
The KJ Hub name, logo, interface design, and underlying software are protected. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
5 · Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
Nothing produced by the Service constitutes legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice. Always obtain qualified advice for your circumstances.
AI-generated media may contain errors or artefacts. Do not present synthetic media in a way that misleads.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction, including export-control, sanctions, advertising and content-moderation rules.
